Pusha T Sparks Clipse Album Speculation With Social Media Move

King Pusha fuels Clipse album rumors by wiping his Instagram, hinting at the long-awaited release

Pusha T is fueling anticipation for the long-awaited Clipse album Let God Sort ‘Em Out after wiping his Instagram this week. That action is a rite before a possible new project. Fans have been all the more excited since last month when Pusha announced that the album is finished. It will be their first project in over 15 years.

Speaking with journalist Ari Melber at Miami Art Week in December, Pusha reiterated that Clipse’s return was a long time coming, but said it’s complete now. “It’s done. I promise you. It’s in my phone,” he said. The album, which has a working title of Let God Sort Em Out, is expected to illustrate how the artistry of street hip-hop has evolved.

Pusha also shared about the creative process, explaining that Pharrell produced the entire album. “We’re very precious with this music,” he said, speaking on the care they take in their works. Anticipation is building, and fans eagerly await the next chapter of the legendary duo’s career. Still, nothing has been officially confirmed, although Pusha’s act on social media suggests the release could be coming soon.

Lil Baby Hints at Joint Project with Future and Young Thug

Baby teased a potential joint project with Future and Thug

Lil Baby has hinted at an upcoming joint project with Future and Young Thug, allegedly to follow their recent collaboration “Dum, Dumb and Dumber” if such collaboration were to materialize.

During an episode of Spotify’s A Day in the Life series, Lil Baby revealed that the trio is already working on a joint tape, actually motivated by Young Thug when he was in prison. “Me and Future were working on a joint tape. We damn near got the joint tape done,” he said, explaining that Thug encouraged the collaboration while behind bars.

“Thug was like, ‘Aye, call Pluto. I want y’all to do a tape together,’” Lil Baby continued. “He damn near named the tape and everything-this was before he got out.” As it seems now that Thug is free from prison and has developed an interest in getting on the project, Lil Baby noted, “We already did 10 together.”

Aside from their collaboration, Lil Baby also mentioned that 4PF is currently readying a compilation album entitled, Can’t Be Fucked With. Aside from this, Baby is also working on his latest LP – WHAM, and its planned follow-up, Domonique. Expect everything big shortly.

Jim Jones Explains Longstanding Issues with Ma$e Over Treatment of Cam’ron

Jim Jones explained his long-standing conflict with Ma$e, blaming it on Ma$e’s reaction to his treatment of Cam

Jim Jones has revealed the reasons for his long-standing conflict with Ma$e, citing his friend’s reaction to how he supposedly treated his close friend Cam’ron.

In his recent chat with Justin LaBoy on Respectfully Podcast, the Dipset rapper recanted the time when he noticed that Ma$e began to treat Cam’ron differently when his star began to rise. “I watched Ma$e shit on Cam and everybody around him. Like, all the time,” Jones said. “I was Cam’s man. Cam and Ma$e were so-called best friends, grew up together… I was there for everything.”

Jones added how Cam’ron extended favors for their American rapper, thinking of his well-being and best efforts to keep him unharmed. “Cam was jumping out the window for him, being overprotective, making sure nothing happened,” Jones recalled. “He was trying his best to make sure that Ma$e stayed as safe as possible.”

But suddenly, when Ma$e got his fortune, he tore it apart from his friends. “Ma$e had got that money and lost his motherfucking mind,” he concluded, hinting that loyalties with Cam’ron also played a significant contribution in making things worse between him and Ma$e.

The Weeknd Announces Release Date for His Psychological Thriller ‘Hurry Up Tomorrow’

Weeknd Reveals Release Date for Psychological Thriller ‘Hurry Up Tomorrow’

The Weeknd is all set to bring his vision to the big screen in 2025 with the announcement of his highly awaited psychological thriller, Hurry Up Tomorrow. Abel Tesfaye made the film’s release date public on Instagram on Friday, December 20, indicating that the film would premiere in theaters on May 16, 2025.

This cinematic execution will accompany an album by The Weeknd of the same name, released next month. The film sets to chill a spine-tingling tale written and directed by Trey Edward Shults. This is to be in line with the dark, atmospheric style that The Weeknd more notoriously does have.

The thriller also stars Barry Keoghan, known from The Killing of a Sacred Deer. Wednesday’s Jenna Ortega and, of course, The Weeknd himself star alongside each other. Little is known about the plot, but it is presumably going to be a psychological trip associated with the aura given by his new album.

Hurry Up Tomorrow is indeed a well-cooked combination of music and film. The Weeknd seems to be expanding the borders of his artistry and, with it, the experience of his audience. With both the film and the album release contingent, excitement will surely keep building around these projects.

  • Pras Faces $65 Million Forfeiture Demand Ahead of January Sentencing

Pras Faces $65 Million Forfeiture Demand Ahead of January Sentencing

Pras Hit with $65 Million Forfeiture Request Before January Sentencing

Pras Michel, who many best know as part of the hip-hop group The Fugees, is grappling with circumstances beyond his prison sentence. He has been convicted on criminal conspiracy charges and is awaiting sentencing next month, dangling the possibility of life in prison at which Pras is set to appear; yet, according to this week’s developments, this rapper’s brushes with the law have not even scratched the surface.

According to reports, federal prosecutors sought to have Pras forfeit nearly $65 million in a separate legal action on Thursday, December 19th. They filed a motion in court, asking a judge to enforce a forfeiture order totaling $64,923,226.40. This amount relates to Pras’s illegal acts organized by Jho Low, a Malaysian financier. This part of the sum is Pras’s share of the much more significant $104.24 million payment by Low, ostensibly given to officials, as earlier claimed, to bribe government officials to block and deter investigations of Low’s suspected embezzlement from the 1MDB investment fund, among others.

However, this was already accounted for in a separate case in 2018, which dealt with almost $37 million of it. This left nearly $65 million as the current target.

It’s currently anyone’s guess whether the judge may agree to the government’s forfeiture request.

Pras is scheduled to be sentenced on January 29. Federal prosecutors advocate for a “significant” and “extended” prison term. In contrast, the rapper himself has requested a more lenient sentence of 36 months in prison, alongside two years of supervised release.

  • Lil Wayne Addresses Kendrick Lamar’s Super Bowl Lyrics and Clears the Air About Their Current Relationship

Lil Wayne Addresses Kendrick Lamar’s Super Bowl Lyrics and Clears the Air About Their Current Relationship

Wayne Discusses Kendrick Lamar’s Super Bowl Lyrics and Their Relationship Status

Lil Wayne recently spoke out about Kendrick Lamar name-dropping him in the track “wacced out murals,” from his new album GNX. He claimed to haven’t heard the song until it was read during an interview with Skip Bayless. Wayne, however, clarified that he now understood Dot’s sentiment and appreciated Lamar’s drift despite previous lyrics that sparked some tensions.

Bayless read those lines from the song where Lamar pondered whether his successes disappointed Wayne as a reference to the rapper’s public discontent for not being included in the Super Bowl halftime show. Wayne said, “That was my first time hearing it. I think he is a fan like I’m a fan of his music. He didn’t let me down.”

Wayne also explained that his former ‘letdown’ was due to frustration with himself and not related to any ill feelings toward Lamar. He added, “No explanation needed. His hard work got him there. That ‘let me down’ part was just me being upset about not getting that spot.”

When asked if he would join Lamar on stage as a surprise guest at the Super Bowl, Wayne simply threw away the idea, as he would not be in the country when the event happened.

After the GNX, Wayne vented publicly, almost in tears, on X (formerly Twitter), writing: “Man wtf I do?! I just be chillin & dey still kome 4 my head.” He goes further to warn, saying, “Let this giant sleep…I shall destroy if disturbed.”

According to reports from the industry insider, Joe Budden, the rumor was that Wayne reached out to Kendrick but did not receive any reciprocation, which has stirred speculation that a diss track would follow.

Besides the past drama, Wayne’s latest comments suggest closure forged through mutual respect and recognition of each other’s accomplishments.

JAY-Z’s Lawyer Rebuts Allegations in High-Profile Lawsuit

Hov’s Lawyer Denies Claims in High-Profile Lawsuit

JAY-Z’s legal team has rolled out numerous evidence against the lawsuit accusing the rap icon of an alleged sexual assault incident that took place after the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards, per reports. Statements made by the lawyer Alex Spiro during a Monday press conference at the Roc Nation headquarters in New York City purportedly debunked the claims made by an anonymous accuser.

Spiro showed photographs that proved JAY-Z was at another event mentioned in the lawsuit and then claimed that none of Diddy’s properties during that time matched up with the location of the allegations. “The place doesn’t exist,” Spiro said. “It appears they’d either fabricated a location to establish jurisdiction in New York or didn’t do basic research.”

Also, Spiro said the timeline contradicts itself, showing that the alleged events probably couldn’t happen then. He raised some impossibilities, such as after the accuser claimed she was picked up by her dad from a gas station several hours away “shortly before dawn.”

Furthermore, Spiro added that the argument against the lawsuit was that the accuser alleged he watched the VMAs on some jumbotron screen located outside Radio City Music Hall, while such a screen did not exist that year. He mentioned that it also would not have been possible to access Diddy’s limousine as there were very heavy security curtains drawn for Eminem’s iconic VMAs performance.

Dismissing any close ties between JAY-Z and Diddy, Spiro clarified that their interactions were entirely confined to professional venues. “Mr. Carter has nothing to do with Mr. Combs’ case,” he emphasized.

In the end, Spiro was heard complaining about the weight of the lawsuit. “He is disturbed because this baseless charge distracts from the genuine voices that need justice,” he said, adding, “His family should not have to go through this.”

The case continues, with Spiro bubbling over the claims that ” no surviving documents have been lost in the prosecution,” he mused.

SZA Reveals ‘Lana,’ Deluxe Edition of SOS, Featuring Ben Stiller’s Help

SZA has officially announced that Lana deluxe of her top-charting SOS album is only a few days away, and to top it all off, she has brought in the image of Hollywood Ben Stiller to spread the word.

On Monday (16th December), SZA most recently shared two teaser videos on social media. The videos featured Stiller dramatically lip-syncing an album from a new song titled “Drive.” The streaming features an engrossed Stiller cruising across dimly lit streets.

At an extremely dramatic moment, Stiller appears to be so moved by the song that he shuts his eyes and floats into oncoming traffic, adding some cinematic tension to the view.

Fans are speculating that Stiller could be part of the leading music video feature.

The caption she read simply confirmed the date of the project’s release: “DELUXE (Lana) 12.20.24. THANK YOU @benstiller [face holding back tears emoji] [heart hands emoji].”

Just around the corner for release, the buildup waits in anticipation for new music and creation surprises from SZA’s expanded SOS universe.
