Nelly not to face charges in ecstacy arrest
Nelly will not be facing any charges in connection with his August arrest related to ecstasy possession. A source close to the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office provided this information to TMZ on Wednesday (November 13).
“We don’t believe the facts in this case warrant the issuing of charges,” the source said.
Nelly’s lawyer Scott Rosenblum also added: “Wesley Bell, the prosecuting attorney, and his office looked at all the circumstances and after a fair and impartial review of the evidence, declined to prosecute.”
