Quavo is confident about the future of Unc. & Nephew duo
The hip-hop community is still processing Atlanta trio Migos‘ split, which saw Offset going his separate way leaving Quavo and Takeoff as a duo. Apparently, possibilities are very low that the group will ever reunite.
Quavo and Takeoff pulled up on Revolt’s Drink Champs last week where they talked about their future as a group. During the interview, N.O.R.E asked if “there will be a Migos reunion eventually,” to which Quavo replied, “well, no. I don’t think so.”
“Right now I believe in the duo, you know what I’m saying?” He added. “Like you just said, you play the game by loyalty. You just stand on loyalty. Like we said, like I said in songs and everything, we stand on motherf**king loyalty. This is about us and shit. When things ain’t right sometimes you gotta goddamn move on, you know what I’m saying? When ego sometimes, when everything getting in the way. Sometimes you gotta sit back and watch what’s going on, just see what’s wrong.”
Quavo also weighed in on Offset filling a lawsuit against Quality Control, saying he wouldn’t do the same since the label founders Pee and Couch changed his life, and Takeoff immediately backed him.
“At the end of the day, n*ggas got problems that they need to fix. You still ain’t gotta do no lawsuits you know. Pee and Couch they changed my life,” Quay said before Takeoff reinstated, “fasho fasho, I love em to death.”
