Migos was formed in 2008, but Before the Migos (TakeoffOffset and Quavo) were known as ‘Migos’ their original rap moniker was ‘Polo Club’ in 2009. All three of the Migos are related and were raised together; Quavo is Takeoff’s uncle, and Offset is Quavo’s cousin, they switched their moniker to Migos after deciding ‘Polo Club’ was too generic and released their debut album Yung Rich Nation on July 31, 2015.
