Takeoff’s murder lawsuit: venue suggests suspect & Migos are to be blamed

Take’s suit yet to be settled

Following Takeoff’s catastrophic murder in late 2022, the former Migos rapper’s mum Titania Davenport later filled a lawsuit against the venue, 810 Billiard & Bowling. Per RadarOnline, the venue is fighting back by claiming the murder suspect Patrick Xavier Clark as well as Quavo and the late Take were to share the blame for the incident.

Takeoff’s mother filled the suit in June 2023 where she claimed that the venue was aware of her son and Quavo’s arrival but failed to ramp up security. She also blamed the venue’s patrons for taking part in intimidating Take prior to the shooting.

She is seeking more than $1m “in damages for emotional distress, funeral expenses, and her son’s personal injuries.”
