50 Cent is back at it, poking fun at Diddy and their rocky past, this time reminiscing about a public moment when Diddy made an emotional plea for their friendship. The Bad Boy boss was caught talking about their complicated relationship on video, saying, “Me and him could be friends, but he doesn’t want to be my friend.” He continued, asking, “Yo 50, please be my friend. You’re breaking my heart. Curtis, please be my friend. Please.”
50 Cent shared the clip on Instagram, and in classic Fif fashion, he didn’t hold back. After showing Diddy’s heartbroken appeal, the rapper stared into the camera, unamused, and said, “What kind of fucked up shit is this?” In the caption, he wrote, “Nah something ain’t right, stay over there play boy. LOL.”
This wasn’t the first time 50 Cent has revealed tensions with Diddy. He previously detailed an awkward encounter where Diddy offered to take him shopping, something 50 found “weird” and “uncomfortable.” He said, “That might be something that a man says to a woman,” and added, “I’m not fucking with this weird energy or weird shit.” This offer was one of the reasons he chose not to attend Diddy’s infamous parties.
50 also clarified their past, explaining that while they collaborated professionally on hits like “Victory 2004” and the “I Get Money” remix, their relationship was never close enough to be called a friendship. He admitted that Diddy’s ex, Jennifer Lopez, even encouraged Diddy to work with him as a songwriter early in his career, but 50 says he never partied or hung out with him.
50 Cent has always been vocal about his views on Diddy, often claiming that Puff was more of a businessman than a producer, alleging that many people he worked with were taken advantage of, with Diddy receiving the credit instead.

50 Cent Trolls Lawyer Gloria Allred Over Lawsuit, Dismisses Assault Claims
50 Faces Allegations, Responds with Humor and Legal Defense
50 Cent is unfazed by the lawsuit filed against him by photographer Guadalupe De Los Santos, who claims the rapper assaulted him during a book signing at The Grove in Los Angeles in September 2024. In true 50 Cent fashion, he took to Instagram to troll the lawyer behind the lawsuit, Gloria Allred, calling her out while mocking the situation.
Sharing a photo of himself with Allred, 50 captioned it, “The moment I realized I don’t like lawyers,” before adding, “Gloria you should know better, chase a different ambulance.” He followed up with another photo, joking, “Gloria you’re not gonna get any money from me that way, but if you call me I’ll take you to dinner. LOL.”
50 Cent’s legal team has since issued a formal statement, clarifying that the rapper has not been served or seen any official lawsuit documents. They further stated that once the frivolous claim is officially filed, they plan to dismiss it and seek legal remedies quickly. The defense denies that 50 Cent was involved in the alleged incident, claiming he was neither the driver nor the person responsible for opening the passenger-side door, which De Los Santos claims knocked him off his scooter at a red light after the book signing.
The rapper’s response has been both comedic and confident, suggesting he’s prepared for the legal battle ahead while poking fun at the lawyer and the situation. -
50 Cent Tops Streaming Charts in 2024, Surpassing JAY-Z, Nicki Minaj, and Cardi B
Despite not releasing an album in over a decade, 50 Cent still reigns supreme in New York rap streams
50 Cent is proving that his influence in hip hop remains strong, even without a new album in over a decade. In 2024, the rap mogul was named the most-streamed rapper from New York, accumulating a staggering 1.89 billion streams on YouTube. This impressive feat outpaced NYC icons such as JAY-Z, Nicki Minaj, and Cardi B.
Celebrating the achievement, 50 took to Instagram to share screenshots of his streaming numbers, writing, “I told you I run New York in 05, Nothing has changed! LOL Don’t believe me check the numbers.”
Over the past 12 months (January 21, 2024, to January 21, 2025), Nicki Minaj followed closely behind with 1.43 billion streams, while Cardi B garnered 921 million, and JAY-Z pulled in 721 million. Other hip-hop legends such as Pop Smoke, A$AP Rocky, Biggie, and Nas also made impressive appearances on the streaming charts. While still dominating music, 50 Cent is enjoying a successful Hollywood run. His production of Den of Thieves 2: Pantera topped the box office in its opening weekend, and he’s even being considered to host this year’s Emmy Awards, a role that has sparked interest from actor DeRay Davis. 50’s 2025 is starting strong, and fans are eager to see what’s next.

Tony Yayo Weighs in on 50 Cent & Ja Rule Legendary Feud
Fif’ vs. Murda: Who Won the Infamous Brawl?
Tony Yayo has offered his take on the infamous physical altercation between 50 Cent and Ja Rule during the peak of their long-standing feud. While Ja has previously claimed he got the better of 50, Yayo sees the situation differently.
Speaking on Million Dollaz Worth of Game, the G-Unit rapper recalled: “50 beat Ja Rule up in Atlanta … Fif K.O.’d that n-gga … We at the same hotel. I was in the building. N-ggas tried to front on 50. Bow! 50 caught him stone cold. He a southpaw — that’s how 50 always knocked out n-ggas in the hood ‘cause he’s left-handed.”
Yayo further claimed that after the altercation, 50 flaunted Ja Rule’s chain in the “Wanksta” video, saying: “Look what I got.”
The fight allegedly occurred in 2000, but Ja Rule’s autobiography, Unruly, presents a different version of events. According to Ja, he successfully defended himself: “50 tried to swing on me, but I dipped, then I hit him with the baby Louisville Slugger. Bam! I dropped the bat. I pulled the shirt over his head. I started catching him left, right, uppercut.”
With conflicting accounts from both sides, the truth behind this hip-hop clash remains a topic of debate. -
50 Cent and DJ Khaled Squash Beef at Charity Golf Tournament
The G-Unit boss and We The Best mogul embrace and bury the hatchet after years of tension
50 Cent and DJ Khaled have officially put their long-standing feud to rest after they were seen embracing at a charity golf tournament hosted by MLB legend Reggie Jackson earlier this week. The event in Port St. Lucie, Florida, provided the perfect setting for the two music moguls to reconcile, with Khaled telling 50 Cent, “Nothing but love and respect.”
In a video recap of the event, which also saw Travis Scott in attendance, 50 Cent shared footage of his and Khaled’s warm embrace. 50, who sponsored the event through his Sire Spirits brand, seemed to be in high spirits as he and Khaled shared a moment of mutual respect before hitting the course.
The tension between the two dates back to at least 2005, when DJ Khaled refused to shake hands with G-Unit’s Tony Yayo due to their feud with Fat Joe, with whom Khaled was close. Yayo recalled the moment on Drink Champs in 2023, revealing that he was warned against visiting Khaled in Miami due to his ties with Joe. According to Yayo, Khaled initially pretended to shake his hand but then rejected him, yelling his signature tagline, “DJ Khaled,” and ordering him to “get the fuck outta here.”DJ Khaled later confirmed the story during an appearance on Club Shay Shay with Shannon Sharpe, explaining that his loyalty to Fat Joe made it difficult for him to embrace Yayo at the time. He admitted that, while he might have handled things differently today, he would have still stayed true to his brother Joe.
Despite their differences, 50 Cent’s antics continued over the years, including a 2009 incident where he seemingly filmed himself threatening Khaled’s mother. However, the charity event marks a turning point for the two, with both moguls moving past their old issues to show mutual respect and camaraderie. -
Ja Rule Continues to Pile On as 50 Cent’s Vegas Residency Gets Brutal Review
The ongoing feud between the two rappers intensifies after a harsh critique of 50’s Las Vegas show goes viral
Ja Rule and 50 Cent‘s long-running feud refuses to fizzle out, with the former Murder Inc. rapper relishing his old foe’s Las Vegas residency receiving a particularly harsh review.
A video from popular Sin City influencer Vegas Star Fish went viral this week and finds her trashing 50’s ongoing residency, describing it as possibly “the worst show that’s ever come to Vegas.”
In the minute-long clip, which features footage of one of 50’s recent performances, Star Fish criticizes the rapper for his production and sound quality, seemingly robotic stage movements, and overbearing hypemen.
“I’ve seen 50 Cent perform in warehouses in Memphis, TN (where I’m from) decades ago and it was pure magic. His limited time residency in Las Vegas was the opposite of that,” she wrote on Instagram.
“The sound was balanced poorly making it impossible to hear the performance. His hypemen were unrelenting and overbearing making it difficult to hear anything but their echos. The stage design and graphics felt like they were organized 15 minutes before the show with a Chat GPT prompt for ’90s hip-hop images.’
“During the build-up to this show, 50’s publicists suggested this would be an unforgettable night full of surprises and energy. The only surprise was the lack of energy. There was almost no crowd engagement, the calls for an ‘encore’ began 63 minutes into the performance and he returned to do another 15 minutes before unceremoniously leaving the stage without so much as a Thank You.”
Star Fish concluded: “This was the worst live performance, for any artist, I’ve ever attended. I understand that he’s successful and doesn’t need a residency, so why do it if he doesn’t want to put any effort into it?”Ja Rule caught wind of the scathing post and didn’t hesitate in piling misery on 50 Cent, writing on X (formerly Twitter): “Not the worst… [crying face emojis] #ICONN.”
It was just late last month that 50 Cent was the one throwing the jabs, doubling down on his claim that he once bought hundreds of tickets to a Ja Rule concert so that the front rows would be left empty.
“They were cheap tickets. The tickets were very affordable. They were on StubHub. I bought the first four rows,” he sneered in an interview with Big Boy.

“I looked at it and said, ‘I just want you to feel like you gotta reach the people, four or five rows back’ [laughs].”
50 added: “It wasn’t that big of a sacrifice. I’ve bought things that mean less to me. That was fun, watching the show and seeing the spaces are empty because they were reserved for someone else.”
Ja fired back shortly after, calling the G-Unit boss a “fat fucking liar.”
“You believe this dumb shit???” he wrote on X. “Like I said before I got 10k for ANYONE who can produce this footage a photo shit what city/venue did this said show take place??? @50cent is a fat fucking LIAR.” -
Eminem Hints at Collaborative Album with 50 Cent: ‘We Just Gotta Stop Bullshitting’
The rap legends talk about the possibility of joining forces for a full-length project
Eminem has sparked fresh excitement among fans about the possibility of a collaborative album with his longtime friend and fellow rap icon, 50 Cent. In a candid Christmas Day interview alongside his manager Paul Rosenberg on his Shade 45 radio station, the Detroit rapper discussed the chances of releasing a joint project with 50, saying, “That would be great. We just gotta stop bullshitting and do it. I would never say it’s not possible.”
Rosenberg chimed in, expressing his enthusiasm: “I would love to hear it, so whenever you guys are ready, we’re putting it out.”
This isn’t the first time Eminem has teased the idea of working on an album with 50 Cent. Earlier this year, during an interview with DJ Whoo Kid, he expressed his desire for another 50 Cent album, saying, “I’m trying to get him to make a new album so bad. We need another 50 album like really bad. 50’s on a roll right now. He’s been on a roll since the tour.”Though fans are eager for the duo to join forces again, it’s still unclear when or if the album will materialize. However, Eminem and 50 Cent recently collaborated on Snoop Dogg’s latest project, Missionary, providing guest verses on the track “Gunz N Smoke,” produced by Dr. Dre. The song also pays homage to The Notorious B.I.G. with several references to the late rapper, proving that the two legendary artists still have the magic when they get together.

50 Cent Mocks Floyd Mayweather After Lil Baby’s Gambling Confession
The rapper takes a jab at Mayweather while commenting on Baby’s $8 million loss
50 Cent has once again aimed at Floyd Mayweather, this time in response to Lil Baby’s eye-popping confession about his gambling losses. During an appearance on Lil Yachty’s A Safe Place podcast, Baby revealed that he once lost $8 million in a single day at a casino, a claim that quickly caught 50 Cent’s attention.
The rapper shared a clip from the interview on Instagram, commenting, “Nah these young [ninja emoji] crazy 8 million gambling. I thought only Floyd do shit like that.” He added with his signature humor, “LOL come out the joint looking distraught. I’m just glad he didn’t kill nobody.”
Despite the public jabs, 50 Cent has repeatedly expressed that his relationship with Mayweather remains complicated but cordial. On Andrew Schulz’s Flagrant podcast, 50 Cent reflected on their long history, saying, “He’s still my guy, man. We’ve been friends since ’02. Even when I fight with him, I don’t hate him. That’s my boy. We just don’t get along ‘cause I don’t need him.”
However, 50 Cent made headlines earlier this year for publicly criticizing Mayweather after the boxer defended Diddy amid sex trafficking allegations. Mayweather has yet to respond to the latest jabs from his long-time friend turned foe.
