    DaBaby’s older brother, Glen Johnson, has reportedly committed suicide.

    It was reported by TMZ, before even confirmed by DaBaby or anyone in his family, his older brother had committed suicide. The tragic incident happened in Charlotte, NC and Glen posted a video of himself in the car with a gun. It was reported that he appeared to be upset and crying. It was later reported by sources that he shot himself in the head and pasted.

    DaBaby took to his Instagram to post lyrics of his intro track on his KIRK album. “My brother be thinkin’ that we don’t love him and let him struggle like we ain’t family. Like I won’t give up all I got to see you happy, n****.

    Condolences to DaBaby, his family and anyone close to them.

    Kanye West released his song “Nah Nah Nah” a few weeks ago in the middle of his presidential run. The now gospel rapper has shared a remix to the track, enlisting Dababy & 2 Chainz. Ye posted the full track on his Twitter page moments ago.

    The remix was first teased on October 18, with only Dababy on it. Kanye shared the snippet on Twitter while expressing his admiration towards the North Carolina native. “DABABY TURNED THIS VERSE AROUND SO QUICK ITS INSPIRATIONAL TO SEE HOW FAST WE CAN MOVE AS A PEOPLE. I HAD TO GIVE YALL AT LEAST A SNIPPET.” tweeted the independent presidential candidate.

    Before Jonathan Lyndale Kirk was known as DaBaby, in 2015 his first rap name was Baby Jesus, he then changed it to DaBaby. DaBaby performed under the moniker, Baby Jesus, until 2017. Hailing from Charlotte, North Carolina, DaBaby took off after he released his debut album Baby on Baby in 2019.

    During an interview with XXL, DaBaby talked about his name change: “shows me the amount of love and respect people have for me. To change the name and not lose any traction, that’s something a lot of people have trouble doing.”

    DaBaby Shares new Song and short-film, “Find My Way”

    When you gon’ switch the flow? DaBaby decides to switch the flow up on his new track, “Find My Way.”

    The song also comes with visuals, starring DaBaby and B. Simone. The short-film clocks in a little over 10 minutes and is directed by Reel Goate.

    DaBaby’s KIRK album was released in September of last year and the success of singles like “Bop” and “VIBEZ” helped keep the stamina of the excitement moving for the Charlotte, NC artist.
