Kanye West Hit with $150 Million Lawsuit Over Alleged Antisemitic, Sexual Harassment Texts

Kanye West is being sued for $150 million by a former Yeezy employee who claims he subjected her to religious discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation

Kanye West is facing a $150 million lawsuit from a former employee in his Yeezy company, who alleges that the rapper subjected her to religious discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation, The Mirror U.S. reported. The suit, which is anticipated to be filed shortly, states that the anonymous complainant, known only as Jane Doe, received “graphic and grotesque” text messages from West, which purportedly included profanity, sexually explicit, and antisemitic comments.

According to the lawsuit, after disclosing these text messages to her superiors, the plaintiff was fired by Yeezy. As stated by her attorney, “It is time that Mr. West is held accountable for his actions toward his female employees in front of a jury.” The former employee said she endured grave implications as a result of being harassed and thus was prescribed an anxiety medication. It was reported that the hip-hop superstar simply ignored all pleas for a private resolution.

Text messages as evidence are expected to make this case a highly publicized legal war.

Kanye West Faces Legal Backlash Over Unpaid Producers on ‘Vultures 1’ and ‘Vultures 2’ Albums

Kanye West’s Vultures album series faces backlash for unpaid producers, and Ty Dolla $ign’s albums may have similar issues with featured artists

Kanye West’s Vultures album series has attracted controversy for not paying about 10 producers, who claim that they worked but have not been compensated for over 10 works. Ty Dolla $ign’s albums will fight contention with numerous producers since they also feature some of the artists.

A report recently by Billboard revealed that many of those producers didn’t formally make any agreements, leaving them unutilized for their contribution.

Despite the release of the two albums, lawyers pursuing payment for their client, who has played a huge role in making this happen, have nothing to show, as one would say: “We have no idea when payment will be made.”

The thing is now quite complicated as his legal and distribution teams have entirely changed, which also complicates even more the attempts to sort it out.

Some have been offered lump sums for their work without them being able to collect any royalties, which several attorneys have dismissed as an option. They could always go to court, but history suggests there will not be enough resolution of such matters since previous claims against West are said to have resulted in

Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign’s Apple Music account allegedly hacked with fake “Vultures 3” track

An unidentified rapper has taken over the Apple Music account of Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign to benefit from the hype surrounding Vultures 3.

A song credited to the duo and someone called Yeixs was uploaded to Apple Music under the name Vultures 3. The title sounds a lot like two previous Vultures albums by West and Ty, which were both released earlier this year.

But it’s not Kanye or Ty Dolla $ign doing the vocal parts song’s got Yeixs rapping in a foreign tongue.

At this point, Kanye West, Ty Dolla $ign, or Apple Music is not saying anything about the alleged breach, and the single remains available.

Kanye West Uses AI for Music Video with Virtual Daughters in ‘Bomb’

While Kanye West has been employing artificial intelligence in many of his Vultures videos, his latest offering for “Bomb” takes it several notches upward, as it digitally recreates the daughters.

Launched Wednesday (November 27), the AI video sees virtual versions of North West and her younger sister Chicago racing monsters and anthropomorphic creatures in a desert terrain.

Neither Kanye nor his Vultures collaborator Ty Dolla $ign appears in the Mad Max-meets-Star Wars visual; nor has the video’s creator or the AI platform used been disclosed.

The song, included in Ye and Ty’s new album Vultures 2, features some vocals from the West siblings; 11-year-old North even added some Japanese lyrics.

Digital Nas Criticizes Producers and A&R Over ‘Carnival’ Credit Dispute

Digital Nas was seriously ranting out loud through his various social networking outlets about how he worked with Kanye West and Ty Dolla Sign for the hit song “Carnival,” under which he had linked the A&R Matt Geffen, who reportedly said that the producers Traxster, 88-Keys, and Morning Estrada “couldn’t confirm” the completion of his part on that track. In that light, Nas used the term “vulture” on them and told the fans to refrain from choosing music as a career.

“I’ma give you context to how these vulture-ass n****s work. Fritz [Owens, engineer] text me, ‘Ye and Carti need you.’ I go there. ‘Nas, what do we need done to ‘Carnival’?’ I tell them n****s everything that needs to be done, told Ye to change his verse. ‘Carnival’ gets nominated for a f*cking Grammy, it goes number one. They’re doing the paperwork, this f*cking guy Matt Geffen comes out of nowhere, tries to regulate sh*t.”

    J. Cole Shares How Kanye West ‘Transformed’ His Life and Shaped His Music.

Cole recalls drawing inspiration from Ye.

    J. Cole has pointed out Kanye West as one who has changed his life and molded most of his music. In his new audiobook series Inevitable, the Dreamville rapper explained how Kanye influenced him at the beginning stages of his craft development.

“I was an aggressive battle rapper that had bars and I was a storyteller of fantasy, like ‘The Storm’ — completely made-up scenarios. I had that, but my life was actually hella regular,” he said.

“I didn’t sell no drugs, it was nothing like my favorite rappers. It was nothing like JAY-Z‘s life, it was nothing like what ‘Pac‘s life appeared to be. There was nothing gangster about it. I didn’t know how to talk about my life in a way that people could connect with. And then fucking Kanye West happened.”

Cole credited Ye with helping him drop the façade and embrace his true personality in his music.

“In the summer of 2003 before I went to college, the ‘Through the Wire’ video dropped — and that shit changed my life,” he continued. “I became a massive Kanye fan. Kanye was the first time that I saw myself in somebody. He just made it possible to talk about your life or your regular-ass perspective in a way that’s appealing.

“This n-gga became my favorite artist at that point. He kinda cracked my mind open.”

Ye shares his feelings about upcoming doc

Kanye West has for the first time shared his feelings about the documentary In Whose Name?, which he is going to be the subject of, and is coming out soon. The film is done by 18-year-old Nico Ballesteros and it highlights the last six years of turmoil in Kanye’s life, filmed entirely on an iPhone.

Ballesteros posted on Instagram a screenshot of a text message thread where West expressed how the film incited him emotionally. “The doc was very deep. It was like being dead and looking back on my life,” Ye’s text read.

Ballesteros replied: “This is the most profound text message I have ever received. I love you brother.”

Ballesteros suggested that the film will arrive in 2025.
