Travis Scott has been hinting at his Cactus Jack compilation album “JACKBOYS” for a while now and to end 2019 off, it is now officially out. Listen to the Cactus Jack collective album JACKBOYS. The album has 7 songs which features Travis Scott of-course, Sheck Wes, Don Toliver, Pop Smoke, Rosalia, Lil Baby, Young Thug, Quavo, and Offset.

Travis Scott, the highest in the room, first smoked weed for the first time during his Senior year of High School. Travis Scott got so high he knocked over a display of potato chips at a gas station. He graduated from Lawrence E high school early at the age of 17.
“First time I smoked, I think was my senior year in high school,” Travis Scott told Rolling Stone. “I ain’t like weed in high school. Smoking weed in high school was like dumb. I’m always about school and shit. Smelling like weed in high school was kinda like lame, just stink.”
Seth Rogen sat down with Desus & Mero on their Showtime late-night show and during the interview he said “I recently was smoking weed with Travis Scott, just me and him comprise a weird weed-smoking circle,” he said. “We get along really well… He’s a hilarious [dude]. That was just, like, a week ago so it’s fresh in my head. You always get along pretty well with people [who smoke].”
Although Travis Scott is taking his time to craft the follow up to his stellar ASTROWORLD LP, he’s still giving his fans new music, with “Highest In The Room.”
“Highest In The Room” is produced by Oz and Nik D, with co-production from Mike Dean. The song doesn’t have an official home, but, it is a song that has been previewed and pushed by Travis over the last couple of weeks.
Travis Scott originally planned on having DJ Drama host his ‘Days Before Rodeo’ project but it didn’t end up happening. During a 2014 Gangsta Grillz Radio interview with DJ Drama on Metro Boomin’s birthday, Travis Scott revealed Days Before Rodeo was slated to be a Gangsta Grillz mixtape until Kanye heard it and told him to just put it out the way it is.
“I got a text like ‘yo i want you to be a part of this project’ and i was so excited, i was so hype, i went and did an interview and everything.. like me and Travis Scott got a tape coming out and then the tape came out” says DJ Drama
“I hit DJ Drama the day i knew i was gonna do this whole shit… it was gonna be a gangsta grillz, It was gonna be a DJ Drama, La flame. I had to do this, i never did this shit before… I played the album for like Ye and shit.. and he was like man this album, you should just put this shit out” Travis Scott says
Travis Scott comes from a musical family, Travis Scott’s dad was a drummer and taught Travis how to play drums at the age of 3. One of Travis Scott’s uncles plays bass and his grandfather was a jazz musician with a PhD in philosophy. Travis Scott also played piano while growing up but he quit because it wasn’t getting him any bitches.
“When I was three years old my dad bought me my first drum set. I was playing drums extra hard, like I wasn’t going to fail with that shit. I was a drum master. I used to think engineering was producing. Growing up I played the drums and then I played piano. I quit playing piano because it wasn’t getting no bitches.” Travis Scott told Complex
