Kehlani to replace Tory’s “Can I” verse on deluxe album

Amid rumors of recent, traumatizing events that occurred to and with Megan Thee Stallion, Kehlani is removing Tory Lanez’ verse from “Can I,” a track that appears on her It Was Good Until It Wasn’t album. His verse will be replaced on the deluxe.

However, Tory still remains on the original version of the song.

The verse will not see the light of day on the deluxe edition of the album, as Kehlani states. The music video for the track dropped today (7/30) and Tory will be absent from the release.

The video for “Can I” channels positive energy toward sex workers — especially trans sex workers.
