Michael Jackson reportedly refused to work with 2Pac over loyalty to Biggie

Quincy Jones III says Michael Jackson turned down 2Pac’s collab because ‘’He liked Biggie’’

2Pac and Michael Jackson could have collaborated on the former’s song, ‘’Thug Nature,’’ but according to Quincy ‘’QD3’’ Jones, MJ turned down a request from ‘Pac’s team to hop on the record over loyalty to Biggie.

“So I set up a meeting at Neverland [Ranch],” Jones III told BET, as noted by HipHopDx. “I go up there and told Michael about it. And do you know what Micheal said? He liked Biggie.”

The record was supposed to appear on ‘Pac’s album, The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory, but was consequently scrapped. It was a sample of MJ’s ”Human Nature” from Thriller album.

“‘Pac would take all my beats including the ones I would never play for people,” Quincy added. “I learned a lesson that you gotta be spontaneous more and he taught me how to just think and just do it. ‘Pac would get irritated when you sat there and fiddled with sounds almost like you were disrespecting his time a little bit.”

He continued, “I would say he was manic. There would be moments that called for quiet voice and candles and all that and he would be screaming and smoking Newports. He was on fire with this manic push. He was always pushing. You could tell he wasn’t comfortable in some way and there was something that was making him uncomfortable.”

Chris Brown says ‘’There is no competing’’ with MJ

Chris Brown has spent the one and half decade he’s been in the game to establish himself as one of the finest R&B singers in history. In recent memory, there has been this debate whether the Indigo singer is better than iconic Pop singer Michael Jackson.

This week, Chris sat for an interview at Big Boy’s Neighborhood where he disproved the idea that he can even compete with the great MJ. “You getting a lot of people, man – and you’ve always given it to Michael Jackson – but now you’re getting people where they say, man, ‘Chris is better than,’” the host started before inquiring the “Wheels Fall Off” singer’s thoughts on the debate.

“That’s cap!” Chris answered. “Because I don’t consider myself better than Michael Jackson, and you already know when it comes to dancing and things of that nature… If I’m not better than Michael, how can Chris Brown be better than Michael?” he kidded.

“My personal take on it is that I wouldn’t be breathing or be able to sing a song if that man didn’t exist,” Brown added. “I don’t know if they look at it as a [Michael] Jordan and Kobe [Bryant] thing, but I can’t even look at it. He’s lightyears ahead.” He concluded, “There is no competing with him!”

The Game Says Michael Jackson Tried to Squash His Beef With 50 Cent

There are over 100 diss records between The Game and 50 Cent. In 2005, The Game left G-Unit and it’s been quite the road for their beef.

In an interview with HipHopDX, The Game spoke on a bizarre situation where the late King of Pop, Michael Jackson, attempted to stop the feud between Game and 50 Cent.

“At that time I was so in it with Fifty I actually hated Fifty,” Game said during the interview. “I wanted to kill him at that time. He probably had the same mutual feelings for me. That’s where Mike lost me. In my head, I was just not open to doing that. I can’t remember how we ended the conversation or whatnot. I didn’t tell Mike ‘No,’ but it never came to fruition.”

Will Smith met Michael Jackson for the first and last time in a utility closet

The Fresh Prince—also known as—Will Smith met the late King of pop, Michael Jackson for the first and only time after being stuffed into a closet because of Death Row Records co-founder Suge Knight at the BET Awards (it’s currently unclear which year the event took place).

Before presenting his award, Will Smith saw Michael Jackson across the room and was on his way to approach him when an outburst happened because Suge Knight arrived. Will was put into a utility closet as people were scrambling to hide from the Death Row co-founder.

“I’m standing there and I got my head up against the door and I’m listening to people running and I’m hearing screaming and stuff, and I’m like ‘yo, this is crazy, Suge is a lunatic,” Will then Jokes and says “Suge still in jail, right? Make sure Suge’s still in jail if I’m going to tell this story.”

“Then all of a sudden, it starts to quiet. Then I hear ‘hey’,” Will Smith says in his best high-pitched Michael Jackson impression. “And I’m like ‘oh shit!’ Then I turn around and Michael Jackson is behind me in the closet. I was like ‘Oh! Mike?’” When Will Smith told Michael Jackson what the commotion is about

The King of Pop says “Suge’s always trippin’, All that success and he can’t figure out how to be happy”

The two oddly talked about comic books in their brief encounter but Will regrets not asking the questions like “What’s the glove made of? What’s your brother Tito like? Can you Moonwalk forward? Is Annie OK?”

“That was the only time I ever met Michael Jackson,” Will Smith said. “I guess I got Suge Knight to thank for it.”

Will smith details meeting Michael Jackson during a story time video on his popular YouTube page. Watch below.
