La Flame and Cactus Jack may be gearing up for big things, including possible ‘JACKBOYS’ sequel
Travis Scott is preparing to drop his much-anticipated new track “4X4,” which has already sparked excitement among fans. After teasing the song during an Instagram Live session and his appearance on WWE’s Monday Night RAW Netflix premiere, Scott confirmed the track will also serve as the new theme song for the show moving forward. However, fans won’t have to wait long to hear it, as Scott is set to debut “4X4” tonight (January 20) during ESPN’s broadcast of the College Football Playoff National Championship game.
Adding to the buzz, Cactus Jack collaborator Don Toliver also has a song titled “4X4” from his album HARDSTONE PSYCHO, prompting speculation that a JACKBOYS 2 compilation could be on the horizon. Fans have been clamoring for a sequel to the original project for years, and these teases have sparked new hopes for its release.
However, Travis Scott must tread carefully as legal issues loom. The rapper, along with Future and SZA, is currently facing a copyright lawsuit over their 2023 collaboration “TELEKINESIS” from UTOPIA. Only time will tell how “4X4” lands, but it’s poised to be a major hit.
