Prosecution wants media to stop recording court sessions
The YSL RICO case has been nothing short of strange occurrences. According to HipHopDX, prosecutors in the case filed a motion on Friday (January 19) seeking a permanent ban on filming court sessions.
“The State is not outright requesting an outright denial of recording in this trial,” the filing reads. “Instead, each of the State’s requests is explicitly referenced in Rule 22(G)(2) as an example of a “least restrictive possible limitation” on recording short of denial.”
Judge Ural Glanville has yet to offer his ruling.
