Word on the street is The Internet's Syd has a new solo album on the way. The group made an announcement on Twitter earlier today to reveal the news.
Back in April of last year, the group revealed the imminent release of two finished solo albums from their group members.
The Internet has managed to create a strong buzz around the group and it's individual members where they've all gotten a chance to shine on their own. In addition to Syd, Steve Lacy, Matt Martians, and Patrick Paige have also released their own respective solo projects in the past.
Grammy-nominated singer Syd released her debut solo album, Fin, in 2017 which was regarded as one of the best R&B projects that year. She's found much success with her group and as a solo artist that's given her the opportunity to step into the spotlight.
