On June 1st, 2019, the day was made official at Rucker Park. Community members and fans of Nipsey were in attendance. Nipsey didn’t just touch his neighborhood with inspiration, he touched many others. “The Marathon Continues” was Nipsey’s mantra for everyday living, but it was also for us to continue on, in his name. With so many folks lacking guidance, Nipsey’s voice is important to bigger picture.

A year and some months later, Nipsey’s presence is missed, but his spirit still guides a majority of us. Nipsey Hussle wasn’t just a man rapping over instrumentals, he was a leader, family man, philanthropist, investor and much more.

6lack said he'd be releasing an album this year. That's still coming, but first, we get new "ATL Freestyle." 6LACK's new track is a new direction in sound for 6LACK, without abandoning his sound.
