Lil Wayne and Kodak Black amongst the people on Donald Trump‘s pardon list
Lil Wayne and Kodak Black‘s legal troubles are too steep to run down, in full, but perhaps their slate will be wiped clean. With court dates still pending, Donald Trump’s pardon comes right on time. According to reports, Trump has given clemency to Wayne and Kodak.
Trump’s extensive list of pardons pended until this evening, confirmed through sources. As Trump winds down his final hours on the clock as Commander in Chief, one of his final acts is complete.
Trump was not expected to pardon himself, his layer or any family member.
Lil Wayne’s sentencing for his gun charge was scheduled for March and that is now a thing of the past. As for Kodak, he was originally supposed to serve a 46-month prison sentence until 2022, but just like that, things have worked out in his favor. Wayne and Kodak are just a couple of people who have been commuted. Former White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon has also been pardoned.
Now that the charges are clear, we can celebrate the two-year anniversary of Lil Wayne’s Sorry 4 The Wait 2.
Trump has also pardoned Death Row‘s co-founder, Michael ‘Harry-O’ Harris. Harris was not supposed to be free until 2028, at least.
