YFN Lucci is a free man; out of bail
YFN Lucci is now out of jail after posting a $500k bond. According to TMZ, he was released on Monday at 4 PM ET. As the rapper enjoys some freedom, the judge released him on some conditions.
As part of the restrictions, Lucci surrendered his passport and will be required to wear an ankle monitor at all times. He is also expected to remain at one location, unless meeting with his legal team, visiting medical facilities and seeing his kids. He is not allowed to visit any studio in downtown Atlanta, and should not contact any of the alleged victims, witnesses, co-defendants or known gang members and convicted felons. Lucci’s lawyer Drew Findling, has said the rapper has agreed to follow the restrictions.
The ‘Everyday We Lit’ rapper turned himself in last month for his alleged involvement in the shooting death of James Adams that occurred last December. He was accused of being the driver of a vehicle that had three other gang members on board. They reportedly drove to a rival gang neighborhood and opened fire, leading to a shootout that left Adams dead. They then reportedly threw the victim out of the vehicle after catching two bullets, one to the stomach and another to the head. Lucci has been charged with murder, aggravated assault, participating in criminal street gang activity, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
