The hip-hop newcomer faces more legal trouble
Memphis rapper Pooh Shiesty is reportedly being held in Miami-Dade County jail, in Florida, after he was arrested on Tuesday (June 8), at around 2 PM.

According to docs seen by TMZ, the”Back in Blood” artist is charged with aggravated battery with a deadly firearm. This follows a May 30 incident where someone grabbed straying money from Pooh's pockets as he was being escorted out of King of Diamonds nightclub. The rapper reportedly then turned and shot it to the ground, hitting a security guard who tried to stop him from shooting, in the ankle. The victim allegedly identified Pooh in a photo.
Shiesty, who's real name is Lontrell Denell Williams Jr, faced a judge today (June 9) in relation to his aggravated battery charges from KODs. Williams was granted a $10k bond and banned from King of Diamonds. Shiesty will remain in jail until he faces the judge once more for another Miami firearm case.
The arrest comes on top of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, and armed battery charges from last October. This was after a shooting that happened at a Bay Harbor parking lot that left two people injured. Bullets started flying following a marijuana and sneaker trade going wrong.
