's power couple Jay-Z and Beyoncé are selling their New Orleans house after someone tried to burn it down in July. As TMZ reports, Hov and the Queen B are listing the over 13,000 square foot building for $4.45 million.

The seven-bedroom and eight-bathroom mansion was built in 1925 and was once a Presbyterian church. It is located at the New Orleans' infamous Garden District and has been refitted over the years that it's spacious enough for major events in the city.

On July 22, someone attempted arson at the three-story building leading to a one-alarm call. No casualties were reported but it did take over two hours for 22 New Orleans firefighters to put out the fire. 

Jay and Bey made the largest single-home purchase in Los Angeles County when they bought an $88 million mansion in Bel Air, California in 2017.
