The D.A’s office then reportedly passed the case to the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office and apparently, only the D.A’s Office can press felony charges meaning Tyga is off the hook.
Tyga turned himself in to the authorities last month after his ex-girlfriend Camaryn filed a police report claiming that the “Taste” rapper had assaulted her. She later shared a video showing her injuries but Tyga’s camp denied the allegations.
