For the past 20 years, VA Rapper Mad Skillz has dropped an annual recap of the year’s events at the end of the year. While Uncle Murda has hijacked the concept, Skillz originated the concept. He decided to hang up the tradition after two decades. This time he rocked over Jay-Z‘s “Encore.”
