Key Glock is still coming to terms with the passing of his mentor, label boss, and cousin, Young Dolph. While it's been roughly two months since the Memphis legend's shocking demise, Glock finally teases a musical tribute to his fallen friend, set to drop soon.

“I got Dolph lookin' down on me, I know that n***a proud,” Glizock raps on part of the 13-second snippet he shared on his Instagram story Monday night (January 17).

Dolph was shot and killed in Memphis in November 2021 while buying some snacks at Makeda's Homemade Butter Cookies. Thus far, three suspects have been apprehended in connection with the murder of the Paper Route Empire CEO. Justin Johnson, 23, and Cornelius Smith, 32, have both been charged with first-degree murder while Shondale Barnett, 27, has been charged with accessory after the fact.

Dolph's team is preparing to release an upcoming compilation album, Paper Route Empire Presents Long Live Dolph, as a tribute to the late rapper. The project will feature PRE artists Key Glock, Snupe Bandz, Big Moochie Grape, Kenny Muney, among others. The upcoming project follows up Paper Route Illuminati, the first compilation released in 2021.
