Lucci's lawyer calls the case ‘'completely f*cking racist''



and his crew, including , found themselves in the middle of a RICO indictment last month after the authorities claimed the label is actually a street ‘'gang'' and arrested several members of the crew.

Both Young Thug and Gunna have been denied bond and will have to remain in custody. Many players in the industry, including , , and ' have scorned the authorities for targeting the label. 's lawyer Drew Findling has also condemned prosecutors calling the case ‘'racist.''

Findling recently spoke to TMZ where he shared his thoughts concerning the case. “What I think is that we've exaggerated what gangs are in . We've exaggerated what RICO is in Atlanta,” he said.

He went on to blast prosecutors for using lyrics as evidence in the case. ‘'We're not really indicting anybody for Quentin Tarantino films, are we? We're not indicting anybody for ‘I shot the sheriff, but I didn't shoot the deputy.'” He then added, ‘'It's completely f*cking racist.''
