Roddy Richh will not be charged in New York gun case

Roddy Richh was arrested over the weekend on his way to perform at the Governor's Ball in , after a firearm was found in the vehicle he was riding in. According to TMZ, the ‘'Pure Souls'' rapper is off the hook as he will not be charged.

It was previously reported that Roddy will be charged wit four counts of criminal possession of a weapon, possession of a large capacity ammo feeding device, and unlawful possession of that device, but it appears that isn't the case anymore.

The 23-year old rapper was released on Sunday afternoon and performed at Hot 97 Summer Jam. “New Jersey, you ready?” he asked during his set before adding, “Can I hear everybody in here say ‘F*ck NYPD,'”

While performing the smash ‘'ROCKSTAR,'' the rapper emphasized the lyrics, “Brand new Lamborghini, f*ck a cop car / With the pistol on my hip like I'm a cop (Yeah, yeah, yeah) / Have you ever met a real n*gga rockstar? (Yeah) / This ain't no guitar, bitch, this a Glock (Woo).”
