Tee Grizzley maintains storytelling momentum on his upcoming album with new single
Rapper Tee Grizzley keeps the buzz for his next album alive with his latest single, “Tez & Tone 1.” The storytelling record comes with along with a video directed by Ben Marc.
The single is part of his forthcoming album, Chapter of the Trenches, which drops October 14 with 13 tracks. The 28-year old Detroit native told HipHopDx last week that the songs on the forthcoming project will tell different stories based on life in the hood touching on themes of “gun violence, hustling, love, family and more.”
“It's been a minute since I've really been excited about one of my own projects,” Grizzley said, adding, “because it's been the same for a while, like just go in there and make music, shoot some videos, put it together, call it an album.”
He continued, “But now, with this one, I'm doing something different. I'm giving people a lot with this one.”
