According to TMZ, the suit accuses Drake and 21 of staging a fabricated Vogue cover to promote their album, consequently misleading the public that a collaboration between them and the media company is on the way. Condé Nast, the mother company of Vogue, says the publication and its editor-in-chief Anna Wintour “have not endorsed [“Her Loss”] in any way.” They demand Drizzy and 21 to seize using the fake cover and want at least $4 million in compensation.
