Last week, the third suspect, 43-year-old Hernandez Govan, was arrested and charged with Dolph’s murder. Authorities say Govan is the one who “solicited the murder, leading Justin Johnson, a rapper known by the name of Straight Dropp, and Cornelius Smith” to shoot and kill Dolph, Fox 13 reported.

Govan happens to be the father of Destinee “” Govan, a 25-year-old rapper who was shot to death in Houston September this year. Govan mourned his daughter’s demise on Facebook, blaming her death on his “lifestyle” and even went on to “apologize” to her.
