Gucci wants to welcome B.G. with $1 million record deal
After rumors spread that former Cash Money rapper B.G. was released from prison this week, Gucci Mane took to Twitter to reveal that he's ready to sign the 42-year-old to his 1017 label for $1M.
“My 1017 family help me welcome home the living legend @new_bghollyhood! Glad u home bruh!” Gucci's since-deleted tweet read. “Got so much love and respect for u as a man and artist! Get at me, I got a milli for you! Wanna sign u to 1017!!! #1017Mafia.”
Birdman hinted at B.G's release last week when he announced on Instagram live that the former Hot Boys artist will be home in a “few weeks.”
B.G. was sentenced to 14 years in prison in 2012 for gun possession.
