BG reacts after Birdman visits him in prison
Incarcerated rapper B.G. shares a message on social media following Birdman’s visit on Saturday (December 3). The New Orleans artist, whose “countdown” to freedom has begun, confirmed he’s not yet released as word had spread before. He went on to appreciate Baby for visiting him, as well as celebrating the verification of his Instagram page.
“#RealOnes and #Day1s pulled up on a #RealNigga today. It’s bigger than rap #YaDig #CountDown ⏳Just know when my feet hit these streets you gonna hear it here first,” BG’s team wrote under a video of Birdman traveling to the prison where the rapper is serving. “#RNS I appreciate all the luv and well wishes 🙏🏾But when that day comes I promise it’s gonna be #WorthTheWAIT 🎶A #REALNIGGA GOT #VERIFIED TODAY 🔵✔️To all those #FAKE pages … FUCK YOU. Today was a good day.”
According to Birdman, B.G. will be a free man “in a few weeks.” The rapper was handed a 14-year sentence in 2012 for gun possession. If he’s released soon, his bid would’ve been cut short by a few years.
