Takeoff’s murder suspect wants his bond to be lowered so that he can afford it
The authorities are still pursuing justice in the murder of Migos rapper Takeoff. Thus far, they have one suspect in custody: Patrick Xavier Clark, who according to TMZ, is asking the judge to lower his bond from $2M to 100K.
Clark’s lawyer, Carl Moore, argues that the set bond is too high for his client but if reduced, he could afford it with assistance from a bond professional. Clark says if freed, he’ll stay with his parents.
Just recently, Clark pleaded with the court to offer him $5K to enable him to hire a professional investigator. He claimed the P.I will help him prepare for the case. The judge granted him the request.
