Drizzy sets a new record on Spotify
Drake is now the first artist to have 12 albums streamed over 1B times in Spotify's history. On Christmas day, two of his projects crossed the 1B mark including the joint album with 21 Savage, Her Loss. The other project that reached the milestone is his 2021 three-song EP, Scary Hours 2.
Back in October, the 6 God became the first rapper to have ten songs score over 1B plays on the palrtform.
Drake joined forces with 21 Savage in November to deliver Her Loss. The album opened at No. 1 on Billboard 200 with over 404K album-equivalent units earned in the first week. It was streamed around 514M times in that week.
