Yak to go to rehab for a month
It was earlier reported that a warrant was issued for Kodak Black after he allegedly failed a drug a test. The Broward native and his defense team appeared in court on Tuesday (February 28) where Judge Barbara Duffy ordered him to enter rehab for 30 days, according to Local 10 News.
According to an affidavit signed last Thursday, Yak failed to take a drug test on February 3, and after taking one on February 8, he reportedly tested positive for fentanyl. However, the “Awesome” rapper’s lawyer, Bradford Cohen, argued that it’s possible errors were made in the lab. The individual who tested Kodak’s sample testified that a mistake could have been made in the lab.
