The mother of Flo Rida’s son sues New Jersey city after son falls
Flo Rida’s six-year-old son has reportedly fallen from a fifth story window, according to News 12 New Jersey. Zohar Dillard, who is a special needs child diagnosed with autism and a brain condition, “suffered a shattered pelvis, left metatarsal fractures, a Grade 3 liver laceration, internal bleeding, and collapsed lungs,” per Allhiphop.
Dillard’s mother Alexis Adams is suing Jersey City and says the building management was “negligent and careless and did not install size guards on the window,” resulting in the accident that happened earlier this month.
“As a single mom to a special needs child, this feels like a nightmare. My heart is broken into a million pieces. I am devastated, angry and struggling to come to terms with the fact that my only child has suffered severe injuries due to willful negligence of our landlord and others involved in failing to take necessary safety measures,” Adams said. “It is devastating to see my child go through such pain and trauma knowing that this could’ve been avoided.”
