Meg files a new motion against her label
Megan Thee Stallion escalates her fight against her label 1501 Certified Entertainment and its executives Carl Crawford, J. Prince, and Gee Roberson. Per TMZ, Meg filed a new motion on Thursday (April 13) claiming that the executives are pocketing money from the label’s account which she says now has less than $10K while way more was deposited. Although the legal doc doesn’t show the exact figures, Meg claims she’s talking about millions.
The new motion has been filed amid Meg’s 2020 lawsuit over royalties and termination of the contract. Meg says she’s worried that by the time a ruling is made in the original suit, the label’s funds might be already exhausted. She also wants the court to choose a third party to monitor the label’s moneys.
