Usher looks forward to headlining the Super Bowl Halftime Show
It’s a great privilege for an artist to headline the legendary Super Bowl Halftime Show, and Usher understands this. While recently speaking to Scott Evans of Access Hollywood, Usher revealed that he’d be more than willing to headline the show.
“I’d be a fool to say no,” Usher explained. “Well, I mean, you know, things line up that we would all hope. You know, one day, that moment will happen.” He went on to expound how joining the likes of Michael Jackson, Prince, and Dr. Dre who’ve headlined the show is significant for him.
Although he’s never headlined the Super Bowl Halftime Show before, he did perform when The Black Eyed Peas invited him in 2011 to play their collab “OMG.”
