Cas’ motion for an early release has been denied
Casanova’s legal troubles aren’t running short. This week, the rapper was again charged with a New Jersey stabbing.
“Early christmas gift they just charge me for a stabbing in NJ,” Cas wrote on IG Story. “YOU CANT EVEN DEFEND YOUR SELF THEY JUST WANT YOU TO LAYDOWN AND DIE/ back to court on Friday.”
Casanova is currently serving a 15-year bid on RICO charges. Back in August, his legal team filed a motion to have him released but it was denied.
