Styles explains how he managed to cut down on weed

has some advice for anyone who wants to slow down and eventually cut down weed smoking habits. In a clip shared on Instagram this week, infantryman illustrated his journey of going from smoking 20 joints a day gradually to no joint a day.

“I went cold turkey. You're gonna get withdrawal symptoms and it's gonna feel crazy so be careful when you quit,” he advised. “Now here's another thing: if you're smoking out of fronto, grabba, dutches, whatever all the time, you're not just addicted to the THC, you're also addicted to the tobacco or nicotine somehow. So just try to slow down.

“When you do cut it out, you're gonna notice that. I went from smoking 20 joints a day to three joins, two joints, one joint, sometimes no joint – but I also replaced one habit with another habit. 2023 was the heaviest I been in about 10/15 years.”

He added, “Use some hash, slowly get off gradually, have a plan and watch what other habits you pick up when you drop a habit because that happens too. So be smart.”
