Bobby Shmurda’s parole conditions have been revealed, as they will last through nearly 2 months of 2026
Bobby Shmurda is fortunate to be out of prison but he will have to remain under 5-year parole that will end on February 23, 2026. As TMZ reports, Shmurda is obligated to obey an 8 PM curfew, as well as submitting to substance abuse testing and getting counseling for aggression and anger. According to docs obtained by the publication, the Brooklyn rapper is also to maintain a job, a requirement he shouldn’t worry about since he is already back to the rap business.
Shmurda was released from New York’s Clinton Correctional Facility last month, about 10 months earlier than expected. After serving a 6-year bid, the “Hot N**ga” artist is back on the road and has been busy since he was out. The rapper even performed at several parties in Atlanta during the NBA All-stars Weekend.

In an interview with GQ (his first post-prison interview), Bobby revealed that the love his fans kept showing him throughout his bid has motivated him to continue his music career. “I didn’t really care too much for it until I went to jail and I seen how the fans were loyal,” he said. “I can’t name a week that I didn’t see at least 10 [pieces] of fan mail, throughout the whole bid.”
