PnB Rock’s sentencing stems from a 2019 arrest

Philly rapper PnB Rock is in some legal trouble after a case from a 2019 arrest at his home leads to a sentence.

Born Rakim Hasheem Allen, PnB pleaded guilty to one count of possession with intent to deliver and receiving stolen property.

As CBS 3 Philly reports, on Tuesday (August 24), the “Rose Gold” rapper was sentenced to 36 concurrent months on probation for each count. He was also ordered to complete 100 hours of community service. The judge allowed the supervision to be transferred to California.

Police raided PnB’s home in 2019 where they conducted a search and found five pounds of marijuana, several scales and packaging items, a stolen .40-caliber handgun, and $33,000 in cash.

After being released on bond that year, the crooner shared a statement on Instagram denying the accusations. “I don’t know what the fuck they was talking about,” he said in the video. “It wasn’t me! What the fuck? I look like I’m selling drugs? Never!”
