RiRi’s 2016 album sells over six million units
Rihanna’s album Anti earns her a new certification from RIAA. This week, the album was certified 6x platinum after selling above 6M equivalent album units across the US. The album now joins Good Girl Gone Bad as RiRi’s highest certified full-length release.
Anti was released in 2016 as Rihanna’s eighth studio effort and her first release after leaving Def Jam Records. With features from SZA and Drake, it received production from such producers as Jeff Bhasker, Boi-1da, DJ Mustard, Hit-Boy, Brian Kennedy, Timbaland and No I.D.
