Bobby blames DSPs for blackballing him over not painting nails

While painting nails among male rappers has been becoming increasingly common, not everybody agrees with the controversial practice. One of the opposers is Bobby Shmurda, and he thinks he is paying a price for it.

The New York rapper recently hopped on social media explaining that he is not dropping new music because streaming platforms are blackballing him for not painting his nails.

“Stop asking me to drop music American DSP and music blogs which they owned as well don’t allow real Bodman on playlists because I don’t paint my fingers,” Bobby wrote under a photo of his unpainted nails on Instagram. “So it’s pointless so until something is done with the people who own, runs, and manages these platforms.”
