NBA Youngboy has pled guilty to state charges about his prescription drug scam.
According to ABC 4, YB appeared in court in Utah on November 18 and accepted his guilt in two counts of third-degree identity fraud, two counts of third-degree forgery, and six counts of unlawful pharmacy practices misdemeanor. He also pleaded “no contest“ to all the other counts.
Under the agreement, the prosecution downgraded four felony charges to Class A Misdemeanors subject to a $25,000 fine with no custodial sentences.
During the sentencing hearing, the judge indicated that he would want to give the rapper a chance to rehabilitate since he was already waiting to be sentenced for federal offenses that would likely attract a 27-month prison term and five years of federal probation.
