50 Faces Allegations, Responds with Humor and Legal Defense
50 Cent is unfazed by the lawsuit filed against him by photographer Guadalupe De Los Santos, who claims the rapper assaulted him during a book signing at The Grove in Los Angeles in September 2024. In true 50 Cent fashion, he took to Instagram to troll the lawyer behind the lawsuit, Gloria Allred, calling her out while mocking the situation.
Sharing a photo of himself with Allred, 50 captioned it, “The moment I realized I don’t like lawyers,” before adding, “Gloria you should know better, chase a different ambulance.” He followed up with another photo, joking, “Gloria you’re not gonna get any money from me that way, but if you call me I’ll take you to dinner. LOL.”
50 Cent’s legal team has since issued a formal statement, clarifying that the rapper has not been served or seen any official lawsuit documents. They further stated that once the frivolous claim is officially filed, they plan to dismiss it and seek legal remedies quickly. The defense denies that 50 Cent was involved in the alleged incident, claiming he was neither the driver nor the person responsible for opening the passenger-side door, which De Los Santos claims knocked him off his scooter at a red light after the book signing.
The rapper’s response has been both comedic and confident, suggesting he’s prepared for the legal battle ahead while poking fun at the lawyer and the situation.
