Another suspect in Dolph’s murder sentenced
Court delivers judgment on Jermarcus Johnson, who is convicted for involvement in the murder case of Memphis rapper Young Dolph. According to 11Alive, the judges sentenced him to six years of probation after he accepted three counts of accessory after the fact to murder.
The verdict was delivered on Friday, November 22. Jermarcus is said to have assisted the prosecution case against his half-brother Justin Johnson by providing key evidence.
As part of his probation, Johnson has to complete, annually, 20 hours of community service. If he complies with all of his conditions and remains law-abiding, he may qualify for record expungement under diversion guidelines.
