Killer’s new album copped three Grammy nominations
Chalarmagne Tha God firmly believes no other album should win the Rap Album of the Year Grammy Awards but Killer Mike‘s Michael. The radio personality made the remarks in a clip that recently circulated.
“I know Killer Mike gonna win rap album of the year,” Chalarmagne said. “Grammy, Recording Academy, if Killer Mike does not win rap album of the year for Michael something is wrong. He definitely should win something for sound engineering but there is no better rap album than Killer Mike all year long. Michael is fantastic. Phenomenal project.”
Released in June, Mike’s album earned three nominations for the 66th Grammy Awards: Rap Album of the Year, as well as Best Rap Song and Best Rap Performance for the track, “Scientists & Engineers” featuring André 3000 and Future.
