The release date for Drake’s forthcoming album CLB disclosed

Drake’s album Certified Lover Boy was supposed to drop before the summer ends. While it hasn’t arrived yet, it looks like it will be out in a week.

An ESPN broadcast on Friday (August 27) displayed a piece of cardboard with the words “CLB September 3rd” written on it. Many fans around the world are presuming that this is a marketing strategy to announce the release date.

In mid-July, Drake revealed that the album had reached the mixing stage. Later that month, he announced that the album was finished. “Album’s cooked,” he said during Sound 42’s Fri Yiy Friday show. “Certified Lover Boy on the way, and that’s for anyone in the way.”

The 6 God recently dropped a verse on Trippie Redd’s “Betrayal” where he seemingly took shots towards Kanye West. “All these fools I’m beefin’ that I barely know/ 45, 44 (burned out), let it go/ Ye ain’t changin’ s— for me, it’s set in stone,” he raps on Trippie’s new album, Trip at Knight

West would later respond by posting and deleting the location of Drake’s residence in Toronto.
