Durk faces lawsuit over Duck’s death

Lil Durk, the estate of King Von, their OTF label, and affiliate record companies and distributors have been dragged into a lawsuit by Duck’s mother, LaSheena Weekly, and two bystanders who suffered injuries due to the shooting, alleging that they played a role in the murder of FBG Duck and in profiting from its glorification, according to NBC 5 Chicago.

The lawsuit, filed on Wednesday (09th October) in Cook County Circuit Court, Illinois, also cites a 2023 allegation that King Von allegedly put a $100,000 bounty on Duck. The lawsuit further accuses Durk, as Von’s OTF label head, of being complicit in the alleged bounty.
