Foogiano just might be coming home
Gucci Mane’s artist Foogiano is expected to come home after he reportedly beat his gun charges. On Tuesday (October 19), a video circulated on social media showing Foo, dressed in a jail jumpsuit, leaving a courtroom with bright smiles all over his face.
The “Firsy Day in LA” rapper was sentenced to five years in prison in May for violating probation. This was after the rapper cut off his government-issued ankle monitor and traveled to Memphis contrary to his probation conditions.

At that time, Foo was on probation after he was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in Barrow County, Ga. on Dec. 6, 2020. During the arrest, Foo and his accomplices were pulled over for a faulty brake light and a gun was found in the car. Foogiano allegedly told the officers that “he is a famous rapper and must have a gun because rappers get shot.”
