Kendrick hits a new streaming milestone
Kendrick Lamar cements his position as a major force in music sales. All of K-Dot’s albums have now earned over 1B streams each across all platforms. The California rapper reached the status on Friday (May 12) after his debut album, Section 80, hit the 1B streams mark.
Kendrick released his latest album, Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers, last summer as his fifth studio release. It became Kendrick’s fourth No. 1 album after selling 295K equivalent album units in the US.
