Baby Ceo, a Memphis rapper who was signed with the late Fredo Santana’s Savage Squad, has passed away a day after Fredo’s third death anniversary. The rapper’s brother confirmed the news on Twitter, while also clearing up the rumors that his brother was shot or killed.

“My Lil Brother Baby Ceo Has Passed Away????Please Pray For Our Family!! Why God,” he wrote, before adding in another tweet, “He Wasn’t Shot Or Killed By Anyone Please Stop Spreading False Rumors And Pray For Our Family??.”

Baby Ceo started gaining attention while he was a teenager. Due to the buzz he was building, he was consequently signed with Fredo. The deceased rapper embraced social media as a platform, and would post his music which was mainly about violence, along with photos of drugs and guns. Rest in peace both Fredo and Baby Ceo.
